Holly describes that weareholisics was born from her firsthand experience of the profound impact of combining evidence-based psychology with embodied healing practices.
She takes a holistic approach to wellbeing that honours both science and soul. Holly truly believes that healing extends beyond the mind alone and involves learning to listen to the wisdom of the body, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a compassionate relationship with every part of ourselves.
Through the breath, she facilitates transformative experiences to guide people back into their body, and to a place of authentic connection with the self.
Emily Millward
Holistic Trauma Therapist & Neural Energetics Expert
Emily is the founder of Neural Energetics, a practitioner whose work bridges the worlds of psychotherapy, nervous system healing, and energy work.
Emily describes she was called to explore deeper healing than traditional therapeutic approaches. It was through her own experience with energy work that she encountered something she did not yet have language for: a profound connection to her own life force intelligence and an innate healing wisdom moving through her in a way she had never experienced before.
Through her personal journey of unravelling conditioning, processing emotional pain, and reconnecting with her authentic self, Emily discovered the transformative potential of working with both the nervous system and the energetic body. This experience became the foundation of her work today.

Breath work & Energetic Healing
Some of the most profound healing occurs when we move beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of the body.
Throughout the retreat, you'll experience guided breathwork and energetic healing sessions designed to support you access the layers of yourself. While the mind can analyse and make sense of our experiences, the body often holds the emotions, patterns, memories, and beliefs that words cannot reach.
As we drop out of the mind and into the body, we begin to access a deeper intelligence within ourselves. The body often holds answers that the mind never thought to ask. Through this process, healing can emerge naturally, creating space for greater clarity, emotional freedom, self-understanding, and connection.
Held in a safe and supportive environment, these experiences invite you to go inward and reconnect with the wholeness that has always existed within you.

Intentional Movement
Each day will begin with practices designed to gently awaken the body, calm the mind, and support nervous system regulation. Enjoy guided yoga and meditation sessions led by experienced facilitators within the peaceful surroundings of the retreat venue.
There will also be the option to attend a Pilates class at a beautiful local studio. Transport to and from the studio will be organised by the retreat facilitators.

Nourishing Meals
You’ll be nourished with thoughtfully prepared meals to support both wellbeing and vitality. Using fresh, locally sourced and organic ingredients, each meal is crafted to provide balanced nutrition while celebrating the vibrant flavours of Bali.
Our menu focuses on wholesome, nutrient-dense foods that nourish the body, support energy levels, and complement the healing work of the retreat. Every meal is an opportunity to slow down, savour, and connect with the pleasure of eating well.
