Individual one-to-one therapy. I offer a safe and comfortable space, remaining open and curious in my consultations. I am person centred and collaborative which means I first meet my clients exactly where they are, to support them to feel seen and heard. I use a range of evidence-based psychological approaches such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness based therapy, somatic therapy and breathwork.
